The invention relates to a lifting appliance for automobile body feeding, in particular to a lifting appliance for conveying an automobile body with the gravity center which is not located in the center, and belongs to the technical field of automobile conveying lifting appliances. The lifting appliance comprises a main beam, a swing arm, suspension arms, main cross beams and a supporting seat, wherein a swing arm support seat is fixed to the center of the main beam, the swing arm support seat is rotationally connected with the center of the swing arm through a hinge pin, the two suspension arms are slidably connected to the main beam, and the two suspension arms are symmetrically distributed on the left side and the right side of the swing arm support seat; the two ends of the swing arm are rotationally connected with follow-up connecting rods, the connecting rods at the two ends of the swing arm are rotationally connected to the two suspension arms, the main cross beams are welded tothe lower ends of the suspension arms, and welding points of the suspension arms and the main cross beams are located on one sides of the center positions of the main cross beams. The lifting appliance is simple, compact and reasonable in structure, and can stably lift and convey the automobile body with the gravity center which is not located in the center; and the lifting appliance can be opened and closed by only one person, so that the operation is convenient, the number of operators is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种车体上件吊具,具体的说是一种用于输送重心不在中心位置的车体的吊具,属于汽车输送吊具技术领域。其包括主梁、摆臂、吊臂、主横梁和支撑座,所述主梁中心处固定摆臂支座,摆臂支座上通过销轴转动连接摆臂中心,主梁上滑动连接两个吊臂,两个吊臂在摆臂支座左右两侧对称分布;所述摆臂两端分别转动连接随动连杆,摆臂两端的连杆分别转动连接在两个吊臂上,吊臂下端焊接主横梁,吊臂和主横梁的焊接点位于主横梁中心位置一侧。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够平稳起吊输送重心不在中心位置的车体;只需要一个人就能够操作吊具的打开和收拢,操作方便,减少了操作工的数量,降低了成本。
