The invention discloses an airplane erecting method cooperating with double cranes and belongs to the technical field of airplane erecting. The airplane erecting method is characterized by comprisingthe following steps: S100, using a first crane and a second crane to measuring the weight M of an erecting device; S200, connecting and fixing a front right erecting shaft, a front left erecting shaft, a rear left erecting shaft and a rear right erecting shaft with corresponding holes of the airplane; and S300, fixing the first crane in the airplane heading direction, using the first crane and thesecond crane to hoist the airplane flat to enable the height H1 from the axes of the front right erecting shaft and the front left erecting shaft to the ground to be greater than the airplane lengthL; and then, keeping the first crane still, and using the second crane to enable the airplane to rotate along the axes of the front right erecting shaft and the front left erecting shaft by any anglewithin 0 to 90 degrees to finish erecting of the airplane. The airplane erecting method adopts the double cranes for erecting, is suitable for fast erecting of the airplane under a common environmentin a plant, improves the erecting efficiency and is high in safety.

    本发明公开了一种双吊车配合飞机起竖方法,属于飞机起竖技术领域,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S100、使用一号吊车和二号吊车测量起竖装置的重量M;S200、将右前起竖轴、左前起竖轴、左后起竖轴和右后起竖轴分别与飞机相对应的孔相连接并固定;S300、将一号吊车在飞机航向方向固定,使用一号吊车和二号吊车将飞机平吊吊起,使右前起竖轴和左前起竖轴的轴线到地面的高度H1大于飞机的长度L;然后一号吊车保持不动,使用二号吊车将飞机沿着右前起竖轴、左前起竖轴的轴线旋转至0至90°内的任意角度,完成飞机起竖。本发明采用双吊车起竖,适宜在厂房内的普通环境下对飞机进行快速起竖,提高起竖效率,且安全性高。
