Sliding rails which are in sliding connection with the elevator are arranged on the left end face and the right end face of the elevator. The sliding rails which are in sliding connection with the placing block are arranged inside the placing block. A placing cavity is formed in the placing block. A starting mechanism is arranged in the placing cavity and further comprises a driving shaft which is in rotating connection with the inner wall of the rear side of the placing cavity. According to the wind energy sensing elevator failure auxiliary deceleration and braking equipment disclosed in the invention, the speed can be detected by means of wind speed sensing, if the dropping speed is abnormal, equipment can be decelerated through the equipment, if the dropping speed exceeds a certain limit value, the equipment can be clamped on the sliding rails, and accordingly the elevator can be braked in an auxiliary mode; and moreover, a safety air bag is arranged on the lower side, if the dropping speed is too high and the elevator makes contact with the bottom, the safety air bag can be ejected out and a protection effect can be achieved.
