The invention discloses a power assembly control method for reducing torsional vibration of a transmission system, and belongs to the technical field of passenger vehicle automatic transmission control or clutch control. The method specifically comprises the steps of 1, testing torsional amplitude values of each gear, each rotating speed and each accelerator opening degree through an instrument; 2, determining a gear, a rotating speed and an accelerator opening degree interval of which the torsional amplitude value exceeds the standard according to a test result in the step 1; 3, determining the standard reaching condition of the torsional amplitude value of the transmission system after the slip friction difference compensation of different clutches is added; 4, determining the maximum transmission torque under the sliding friction difference according to the sliding friction difference determined in the step 3 and the heating characteristic of the clutch; 5, according to the maximumtransmission torque in the step 4, determining the corresponding accelerator opening degree range and rotating speed range, and adjusting clutch sliding friction control and transmission gear shiftingcontrol; and 6, according to the maximum transmission torque in the step 4, determining the corresponding accelerator opening degree range and rotating speed range, and adjusting the torque output characteristic of the engine.

    本发明公开了一种降低传动系扭振的动力总成控制方法,属于乘用车自动变速器控制技术或离合器控制技术领域,具体包括如下步骤:步骤一:通过仪器测试各挡位、各转速、各油门开度的扭振幅值;步骤二:根据步骤一测试结果确定扭振幅值超标的挡位、转速和油门开度区间;步骤三:确定增加不同离合器的滑摩差补偿后传动系扭振幅值达标情况;步骤四:根据步骤三中确定的滑摩差和离合器的发热特性,确定在此滑摩差下的最大传递扭矩;步骤五:根据步骤四中的最大传递扭矩,确定对应的油门开度范围和转速范围,调整离合器滑摩控制和变速器换挡控制;步骤六:根据步骤四中的最大传递扭矩,确定对应的油门开度范围和转速范围,调整发动机的扭矩输出特性。
