The surface of an airtight layer of the vacuum tire is treated into a smooth surface; an adhesive isolation layer is arranged close to the airtight layer; the viscoseisolation layer is made of a layer of hydrophobic coating which is not compatible with viscose; the adhesive isolation layer is coated on the smooth surface of the airtight layer of the vacuum tire; aprick-resistant and leakage-resistant layer is attached to the surface of the adhesive isolation layer; the prick-resistant and leakage-resistant layer is a planar flexible high-elasticity double-sided adhesive tape; when a sharp object penetrates into the tire from the outer side of the tire, a sharp object firstly penetrates through the tire airtight layer and the adhesive isolation layer, thenthe prick-resistant and leakage-resistant layer tightly attached to the adhesive isolation layer of the tire is correspondingly and locally jacked up, and due to the fact that the prick-resistant andleakage-resistant layer is made of a flexible viscous material and has high expansion amount, the sharp object can only jack up the corresponding part of the prick-resistant and leakage-resistant layer partially and cannot be punctured.
