The invention provides an ocean fixed-point buoy equipment fault diagnosis method and device and electronic equipment, and relates to the field of ocean observation. The method comprises the steps ofobtaining an element sequence collected by ocean fixed-point buoy equipment in a normal operation state; carrying out processing and dimensionality reduction on the related element sequences, and meanvalue features and trend features of all sections are extracted; calculating the distance between the multivariate sequences in combination with a dynamic time warping algorithm; determining a distance threshold between the ocean element sequences; detecting the real-time sequence based on a distance threshold to determine abnormal elements; and achieving fault diagnosis based on the states of different elements. According to the method, the correlation of ocean element time sequences is used as a feature for judging whether the ocean element sequences are abnormal or not, and abnormal elements are detected by establishing a distance threshold value between the ocean element sequences collected under the normal operation condition of fixed-point buoy equipment, so that interference alarmgenerated by a single element variable is avoided; the accuracy of fault detection of the ocean fixed-point buoy equipment is improved, and the difficulty of fault diagnosis is reduced.
