The invention relates to the technical field of crane trolley conductive frames, in particular to an adjustable trolley conductive frame. The adjustable trolley conductive frame isnovel in design, the up-down and left-right distance between the rectangular pipe I and the rectangular pipe II is adjusted through the adjustable connecting mechanism, universality of the trolley conductive frame is achieved, personnel waste can be effectively reduced, the actual installation burden is relieved, the requirement for different crane sizes is met conveniently, the flexible adjustingfunction is achieved, and batch production can be achieved; and a flexible cable penetrates through the space between a limiting rod and a connecting pipe, the anti-disengaging effect can be achievedthrough constraint of the limiting rod and the connecting pipe, and the problem that potential safety hazards are increased due to disengaging of the flexible cable in the travel process of a trolleyis solved.

    本发明公开了涉及起重机小车导电架技术领域,具体是一种可调节小车导电架,所述矩形管Ⅰ的后侧设置有矩形管Ⅱ,且矩形管Ⅰ与矩形管Ⅱ之间通过可调式连接机构十字相连,所述矩形管Ⅱ的前表面开设有活动槽,且活动槽的一侧设置有连接杆,所述连接杆的端部固定有防脱式挑线盘。本发明设计新颖,通过可调式连接机构来调整矩形管Ⅰ与矩形管Ⅱ的上下左右距离,实现小车导电架的通用,可有效减少人员的浪费,减轻实际安装的负担,便于满足不同的起重机尺寸,具有灵活调节的功能,可实现批量生产,柔性线缆从限位杆和连接管之间穿过,通过两者的约束可以起到防脱的效果,避免小车在行程过程中柔性线缆脱落导致增加安全隐患的问题。
