The embodiment of the invention discloses an airplane wheel brake disc wear detection system. The system comprises airborne detection equipment, ground service maintenance equipment and operation dataanalysis equipment; the airborne detection equipment is connected with the brake disc and is configured to detect the abrasion loss of the brake disc, analyze the abrasion loss of the brake disc on asingle airplane and send an analysis result to at least one of the airborne avionics system and the ground service maintenance equipment; the ground service maintenance equipment is configured to receive the data information sent by the airborne detection equipment and upload the data information to the operation data analysis equipment; and the operation data analysis equipment is configured tocollect the data information sent by the ground service maintenance equipment and integrate and analyze the received data according to customer requirements. According to the embodiment of the invention, the problems that the existing airplane brake disc wear state detection depends on manual visual inspection, the ground inspection time in route operation is increased, inconvenience is brought toroute use analysis of the brake disc and the like are solved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种飞机机轮刹车盘磨损检测系统,包括:机载检测设备,地勤维护设备和运营数据分析设备;机载检测设备与刹车盘相连接,被配置为检测刹车盘磨损量,对单个飞机上的刹车盘磨损量进行分析,将分析结果发送给机载航电系统和地勤维护设备中的至少一个;地勤维护设备,被配置为接收机载检测设备发送的数据信息,并将数据信息上传至运营数据分析设备;运营数据分析设备,被配置为收集地勤维护设备发送的数据信息,并根据使用客户需求对接收的数据进行整合和分析。本发明实施例解决了现有检测飞机刹车盘磨损状态依靠人工目视检查,增加航线运营中的地面检查时间,给刹车盘的航线使用分析也带来了不便等问题。
