The invention discloses a lightweight car roof, and the car roof comprises a car roof plate; a cavity is formed in the car roof plate and comprises a U-shaped cavity channel and a transverse cavity channel; the two ends of the U-shaped cavity channel are connected with the two sides of one end of the car roof plate respectively, the transverse cavity channel stretches across and penetrates throughthe two sides of the U-shaped cavity channel, and a supporting block is arranged at the joint of the transverse cavity channel and the U-shaped cavity channel; A skylight hole is formed in position,located between the U-shaped cavity channel and the transverse cavity channel, of the vehicle plate top, and a concave table is arranged at the skylight hole of the vehicle top plate. According to thecar roof, the structure is simple; the U-shaped cavity channel and the transverse cavity channel are formed in the car roof; the weight of the car roof is greatly reduced, and the car roof is made tobe light in weight; the thickness of the car roof plate 1 is 3 mm, the density of the car roof plate 1 is 1.56 g/cm<3>, the light weight condition is met, the strength of a car roof is guaranteed, and therefore safety is greatly improved. Supporting blocks are arranged in the U-shaped cavity channel and the transverse cavity channel so as to improve the supporting strength of the U-shaped cavitychannel and the transverse cavity channel.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化轿车车顶,包括车顶板,车顶板内部开设有空腔,空腔包括U形腔道及横向腔道,U形腔道两端分别与车顶板一端的两侧相连,横向腔道横跨并穿过U形腔道的两侧,横向腔道与U形腔道的连接处设置有支撑块,车板顶位于U形腔道和横向腔道之间的位置开设有天窗孔,车顶板位于天窗孔处设置有凹台,本发明的轿车车顶结构简单,在内部开设有U形腔道及横向腔道,多大降低了车顶的重量,使车顶轻量化;车顶板1的厚度为3mm,车顶板1的密度为1.56g/cm3,满足轻量化的条件还保证了车顶的强度,从而大大提高了安全性;在U形腔道及横向腔道内设置支撑块,以提高U形腔道及横向腔道处的支撑强度。
