According to the invention, motor braking energy and hydraulic braking energy can be recovered, braking mechanical energy is converted into electric energy for recovery, and meanwhile, the battery management system can monitor the state of the energy storage battery in real time, so the battery is ensured to be in the optimal working state, and the service life of the automobile battery is prolonged.
