The invention discloses a whole vehicle thermal management control system of an electric vehicle. The system comprises a cooling loop of a whole vehicle driving device, a temperature control loop of abattery pack and a temperature control loop of an air conditioner. A charger with a water temperature sensor, a motor controller, a driving motor with a water temperature sensor, an electronic four-way valve, an electronic three-way valve, a motor radiator and a first water pump are sequentially connected through a cooling pipeline to form a closed loop, i.e., the cooling loop of the whole vehicle driving device. The temperature control loop of the air conditioner comprises a refrigerating loop and a heating loop. In winter, the power of the water heating PTC can be adjusted according to different driving working conditions and part requirements, heat generated by the motor driving system is effectively utilized for energy recovery, the power consumption of a battery is reduced, and the endurance mileage is increased. In summer, in-vehicle cooling and battery cooling can be carried out at the same time, but if the requirement for cooling the battery is large, the requirement for cooling the battery cannot be met while the in-vehicle cooling is carried out, and then the battery pack is cooled preferentially.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车整车热管理控制系统,包括整车驱动装置的冷却回路,电池包的温度控制回路和空调的温度控制回路;整车驱动装置的冷却回路由具有水温传感器的充电机、电机控制器、具有水温传感器的驱动电机、电子四通阀、电子三通阀、电机散热器和第一水泵依次通过冷却管路连接组成闭合回路;空调的温度控制回路包括制冷回路和采暖回路;冬季时可根据不同的行车工况及零部件需求来调节水暖PTC的功率,有效利用电机驱动系统产生的热量进行能源回收,减少电池电量消耗,提高续航里程。夏季时,车内降温和电池降温可以同时进行,但是如果电池的降温需求比较大的时候,给车内降温的同时无法满足给电池降温,则优先电池包降温。
