The invention discloses a tire mold and an anti-tire-disengaging baby carriage wheel produced by using the same. The tire mold comprises an upper back plate, an upper mold body, a lower mold body anda lower back plate, a mold cavity is formed in the lower mold body, a lower hub base is arranged in the middle of the mold cavity, a lower mold sealing ring and a vacuumizing opening connected with the mold cavity are arranged on the lower mold body, and the vacuumizing opening is connected with a vacuum pump; and residual gas in the mold cavity is helped to be removed, the flowability of a tire material is ensured, the tire forming period is shortened, and the product quality is improved, so that a TPU material is fully foamed to achieve the light weight and reduce the cost, meanwhile, the appearance of a tire is ensured, and the defective rate is reduced. The anti-tire-disengaging baby carriage wheel comprises a hub and the tire, an annular cavity is arranged in the hub, and an inner shell is arranged in the annular cavity, so that when the wheel is produced, the formed hub is placed in a lower hub base, the tire is integrally formed on the formed hub and tightly attached to the inner side of the hub, subsequent assembly is not needed, the situation that the tire is dislocated or deformed is avoided, generated inferior-quality products are reduced, idling is avoided, and the tiredisengaging rate is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎模具及其生产的防脱胎童车车轮,轮胎模具包括上背板、上模、下模和下背板,下模内设置有模腔,模腔中间设置有下轮毂座,下模上设置有下模密封圈和与模腔连接的抽真空口,抽真空口连接有真空泵,帮助去除模腔内的残留气体,保证轮胎材料的流动性,缩短轮胎成型周期,提高产品质量,使得TPU材料充分发泡而达到轻量化而降低成本,同时保证轮胎外观,降低次品率,防脱胎童车车轮包括轮毂和轮胎,轮毂内设置有环弧腔,环弧腔内设置有内壳,生产车轮时,先将成型的轮毂放入下轮毂座中,轮胎在成型的轮毂上一体成型,与轮毂内侧紧密贴合,无需进行后续组装,避免轮胎错位或变形的情况,减少次品的产生,且避免空转,降低脱胎率。
