The invention relates to a method for producing a painted plastic body part, said body part comprising a first region which is at least partially made of a first material and comprising at least one transparent or translucent second region which is made of a second material; the method includes a molding step of injecting the first material into a mold to form the first region and injecting the second material to form the second region, and a painting step of painting at least the first region.
