The invention discloses a highway tunnel fire risk quantitative evaluation method. Firstly, classifying traffic compositions in a tunnel; then respectively calculating fire risk values of various vehicle models under the reasons of vehicle faults, unintentional behaviors and intentional behaviors; respectively listing event trees during collision of two vehicles and collision of three vehicles according to a permutation and combination method; respectively calculating a fire risk value under each collision condition; and comparing the maximum value of the fire risk under the collision condition with the risk value of the fire caused by the reasons of the vehicle fault, the unintentional behavior and the intentional behavior, and determining the scene with the maximum risk value and the corresponding fire risk value. The tunnel fire risk situation can be rapidly evaluated according to the traffic compositions in the tunnel, the fire scene with the maximum risk in the tunnel is obtained,and therefore, the disaster prevention and rescue strategy can be formulated in a targeted mode, and the risk is reduced. The evaluation method is unified in calculation method, can be used for riskcomparison between tunnels, and lays a foundation for establishing a tunnel fire risk library and an accident summary library.

    本发明公开了一种公路隧道火灾风险量化评估方法,首先对隧道内的交通组成进行分类;然后分别计算车辆故障、无意行为、故意行为的原因下各车型的火灾风险值;按照排列组合的方法分别列出两车碰撞时,三车碰撞时的事件树;分别计算每种碰撞情况下的火灾风险值;将碰撞情况下的火灾风险最大值和车辆故障、无意行为、故意行为的原因导致火灾的风险值进行比较,确定得出风险值最大的场景及对应的火灾风险值。本发明可以根据隧道内交通组成快速评估隧道火灾风险情况,得出隧道内风险最大的火灾场景,从而可以针对性制定防灾救援策略,降低风险。本评估方法计算方法统一,可以用于隧道之间风险比较,为建立隧道火灾风险库及事故总结库奠定了基础。
