The invention relating to the field of endurance mileage measurement and calculation discloses a method and device for measuring and calculating endurance mileage of a pure electric vehicle.. The method comprises the following steps: performing a whole vehicle test on a pure electric vehicle according to a preset cyclic working condition; collecting the total current of battery packs under a plurality of cyclic working conditions and sequentially generating a current spectrogram until the deviation between the current spectrogram under one cyclic working condition and the current spectrogram under the previous cyclic working condition is within a preset range, stopping the whole vehicle test, and taking the current spectrogram under the cyclic working condition as the current spectrogram under the subsequent cyclic working condition; carrying out a charging and discharging test on the battery packs of the same model of the pure electric vehicle from a full-charge state according to thesequentially generated current spectrograms, stopping the test until the actual current deviates from the current spectrograms, and recording the charging and discharging test time; and calculating the endurance mileage of the pure electric vehicle according to the charging and discharging test time of the battery packs and the characteristics of the cycle condition. The development period of thepure electric vehicle can be shortened, and whole vehicle rotating hub resources and development test cost are saved.

    本发明公开了一种用于测算纯电动车续航里程的方法及装置,涉及测算续航里程领域,该方法包括以下步骤:对纯电动车按照预设循环工况进行整车试验,采集多个循环工况的电池包总电流并依次生成电流谱图,直至一循环工况与前一循环工况的电流谱图的偏差在预设范围内,停止整车试验并将该循环工况的电流谱图作为后续循环工况的电流谱图;将该纯电动车同型号的电池包从满电状态按照依次生成的电流谱图进行充放电试验,直至实际电流偏离电流谱图时停止试验,并记录充放电试验时间;根据电池包的充放电试验时间和循环工况的特征,计算纯电动车续航里程。本发明能缩短纯电动车开发周期,节约整车转毂资源与开发试验成本。
