本发明涉及一种杠杆推拉结构的多吨位大幅度升降装置,其定位升降轴连接的竖直升降限位滑动件滑设于固定在静止支撑座的升降滑件,下旋转支撑座连接的铰接轴的中心点与定位升降轴中心点和上旋转支撑座连接的铰接轴的中心点形成始终三点成一线的垂直升降结构。在垂直限位升降的配合下,利用旋转升降曲柄两个正反向旋转半径铰接轴点和延伸向下的杠杆铰接推拉支撑点、连接杠杆推拉曲柄和正反转曲柄等传动件,实现大幅度升降。与现有技术相比,本发明只需要很小的旋转角度就可以旋转至竖直或者旋转收叠,因此受到杠杆压拉升降曲柄的弯曲程度影响很小,在定位旋转滑行杠杆曲柄摆动的过程中,上升降运动曲柄的随之旋转竖直上升或者平翻收叠下降,实现联动。

In combinationwith vertical lifting limiting, a hinge shaft point of the rotation radii in the forward and reverse directions of a rotating lifting crank and a lever hinge push-pull support point extending downwards are utilized, and transmission parts such as a lever push-pull crank and a forward and reverse rotation crank are connected, so that large-scale lifting is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the device only needs a very small rotation angle to rotate to vertical or rotating folding, and therefore the influence of the bending degree of a lever press-pull lifting crank is very small, and in the swing process of a positioning rotating sliding lever crank, an upper lifting motion crank performs rotating vertical lifting or horizontally-overturned folding lowering accordingly, so as to realize the linkage.
