The invention relates to a four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device and an overhead hoisting method. The four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device comprises a stringing hole, a steel frame base, anupper steel plate, a lower steel plate and a four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device body, wherein the stringing hole is welded to the middle of the steel frame base, the steel frame base is welded to the top of the four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device body, a steel plate above the four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device body is slightly shorter than that below the four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device body, the upper steel plate is welded to the portion, close to a middle steel plate, of the upper position of the four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device body, and the lowersteel plate is welded to the portion, close to the lower steel plate, of the middle steel plate of the four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device body. The overhead hoisting method of the four-jointsleeve overhead hoisting device comprises the steps of stringing preparation, mounting, loading and unloading. The four-joint sleeve overhead hoisting device achieves the advantages that compared withsevere hidden safety hazards existing in manual carrying, the device poses less hidden safety hazards; and compared with the prior art which is faced with low efficiency and waste of energy occur since clamps for travelling cranes adopted for part of devices need to be subjected to overhead hoisting one by on, the device can achieve overhead hoisting of multiple sleeves at a time, and resources are saved.

    本发明涉及四联装套筒吊运装置及吊运方法,其装置包括穿绳孔、钢架基座、上钢板、下钢板和四联装套筒吊运装置;穿绳孔焊接于钢架基座中间;钢架基座焊接于四联装套筒吊运装置顶部;四联装套筒吊运装置上方钢板略短于下方钢板;四联装套筒吊运装置上方钢板靠近中间钢板处焊接有上钢板;四联装套筒吊运装置中间钢板靠近下方钢板处焊接有下钢板。本发明还提供了四联装套筒吊运装置的吊运方法,包括穿绳准备、挂载、装载、卸载步骤。本发明实现了:(1)相较于人工搬运时存在的严重安全隐患,本发明安全隐患小;(2)相较于部分装置采用行车用夹钳需要单个吊运完成,效率低下浪费能源,本发明可以实现一次吊运多个套筒,节约资源。
