The invention provides a fixed-shaft multi-disc traction machine which comprises a main shaft and a traction wheel. At least one stator and more than two rotors are arranged on the main shaft, each stator is located between two corresponding rotors, and magnetic steel is arranged on the sides, facing the stators, of the two rotors; and each stator is provided with a plurality of iron core units with windings in the circumferential direction of the stator. The two ends of each iron core unit are matched with the magnetic steel on the two rotors respectively; and the traction wheel is arranged on the outer sides of the rotors in a sleeving mode and forms a machine shell of the traction machine along with the two outermost rotors. In this way, the same stator can drive two rotors at the sametime, and traction force is significantly enhanced. Meanwhile, according to different needs, the main shaft can also be provided with a plurality of double-rotor and stator structures, so that the traction force is further increased, and serialization of the traction machine becomes possible. In addition, the axial space of the traction machine is greatly reduced, the size of the whole machine issmall, the requirement of the installation space is low, and the traction machine can be applied to different occasions.

    本发明提供一种定轴多盘曳引机,包括主轴、曳引轮,主轴上设有至少一个定子和两个以上的转子,每个定子位于两转子之间,两所述转子朝向所述定子一面设有磁钢;定子沿其周向设置有若干个带绕组的铁芯单元,该铁芯单元两端分别与两转子上的磁钢相配合;曳引轮套接在各所述转子的外侧,并且与最外侧的两转子形成曳引机的机壳。这样,同一个定子可以同时驱动两转子,可以显著增强曳引力。同时,根据不同需要,主轴上还可以配置多个双转子夹定子的结构,进一步增加曳引力,使曳引机的系列化成为可能。另外,本发明曳引机其轴向空间大大减小,整机体积小,对安装空间要求低,可应用于不同的场合。
