The invention discloses a novel elevator leveling method and device. The novel elevator leveling method comprises the following steps that the pulse number generated by car movement is collected through an encoder unit mounted on a speed limiter; the collected pulse number is compared with leveling pulse data stored through self-learning by means of a main control unit; and an elevator control unit controls an elevator for leveling according to the comparison result. According to the novel elevator leveling method and device, the trouble of mounting a bridge plate on each layer in a hoistway can be omitted, moreover, the reliability, the precision and the anti-jamming capability are high, the failure rate can be greatly reduced, and the operation efficiency of the elevator is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新型电梯平层方法及装置,通过安装在限速器上的编码器单元采集轿厢运动产生的脉冲数;通过主控单元将采集的脉冲数与通过自学习存储的平层脉冲数据比较;电梯控制单元根据比较结果控制电梯平层。本发明可以省去井道每层安装桥板的麻烦,并且可靠性高,精度高,抗干扰能力强,可大幅降低故障率,提高电梯的运行效率。
