Wind energy is used for generating electricity to improve a cruisingability of a lifeboat in the sea, canvas is used for avoiding extreme weather appearing on the sea at any time, a balance weight device is designed to control the stability of the lifeboat, the safetyof the lifeboat is greatly improved, and an integrated degree is high.
