The invention provides a crawler-type induction adjusting mechanism comprising caterpillar band, a driving wheel linked with the caterpillar band and arranged at one end and a driven wheel arranged atthe other end. A supporting frame is arranged at the end, close to the driving wheel, of the driven wheel. The driving wheel is driven by a driving mechanism to rotate; a flange plate is fixedly mounted on the driving wheel rotating shaft; a short spline shaft is connected to the flange plate, a rectangular hole matched with the front end of the torsion sensor is formed in one end of the short spline shaft, the torsion damper is fixedly connected to a swing arm, the swing arm is fixedly connected to a supporting frame of the crawler mechanism, and the torsion sensor penetrates through a driven disc hub of the torsion damper to be inserted into the rectangular hole of the short spline shaft. The short shaft spline, the driven disc hub and the torsion sensor are integrated and rotate alongwith rotation of the driven disc hub of the torsion damper, one end of the torsion sensor is fixedly connected with the swing shaft, and the transmission mechanism inputs power to drive the swing shaft to rotate. An encoder is arranged at one end of the transmission mechanism and can respond to different road conditions autonomously, and lifting or falling of the crawler belt mechanism is adjustedautomatically.

    本发明提供一种履带式感应调整机构,包括履带、与履带联动设置在一端的主动轮和另一端的从动轮,从动轮靠近主动轮的一端设有支撑架,主动轮由驱动机构驱动转动,在主动轮转动轴固定安装法兰盘,法兰盘上连接有短花键轴,短花键轴一端有与扭转传感器前端相配合的矩形孔,扭转减震器固定连接在摆臂上,摆臂固定连接在履带机构的支撑架上,扭转传感器穿过扭转减震器的从动盘毂插在短轴花键的矩形孔中。短轴花键、从动盘毂、扭转传感器为一体,随着扭转减震器从动盘毂的旋转而转动,扭转传感器一端与摆动轴固定连接,由传动机构输入动力带动摆动轴转动。传动机构一端设置有编码器,可以自主对不同的路况做出反应,自动调整履带机构的抬起或下落。
