The invention provides a device for weakening windowing roar and a vehicle. The device for weakening the windowing roar comprises a stand column, and the stand column stretches across a window of a vehicle window and is arranged to move in a controlled or operable mode when the vehicle window is opened so as to divide the window into two parts.
