The invention relates to a chassis with a lifting crawling ladder structure for an inspection robot. The chassis comprises a foot plate and a crawling mechanism, transmission mechanisms are mounted atthe left end and the right end of the foot plate; the middle part of the foot plate is connected with a hydraulic lifting mechanism; an upper seat is mounted at the top end of the foot plate; a placement seat is fixed at the top end of the upper seat; and the crawling mechanism is positioned on the outer side of the placement seat. The chassis has the advantages that: the chassis with the liftingcrawling ladder structure is used for the inspection robot; through side clamping strips and side bayonets, a foot ladder and a ladder rod can be clamped and connected to the outer side of the placement seat for fixed use; meanwhile, a locking screw rod on the ladder rod can be used, the ladder rod can be firmly positioned to the outer side of the placement seat, the positioning effect is good, the outer side of the top end of a device body can be conveniently protected so as to improve the protection performance of the side end of the device body, the direction of a shaft column can be rotationally adjusted through a bearing, and when the chassis is not used, the shaft column can be rotated to the inner side of the crawling mechanism to be stored.

    本发明涉及一种巡检机器人用具有升降爬梯结构的底盘,包括脚盘和爬行机构,所述脚盘的左右两端均安装有传动机构,且脚盘的中部衔接有液压升降机构,所述脚盘的顶端安装有上座,且上座的顶端固定有安置座,所述爬行机构位于安置座的外侧,本发明的有益效果是:该巡检机器人用具有升降爬梯结构的底盘,通过侧卡条和侧卡口即可将脚梯以及梯干卡合衔接在安置座的外侧进行固定使用,同时可依据梯干上的锁位螺杆的使用,即可将梯干牢牢的定位在安置座的外侧,具有很好的定位的效果,方便对装置体顶端的外侧进行防护,以提高其侧端的防护性能,而通过轴承即可旋转调节轴柱的方位,在闲置时,可将轴柱旋转至爬行机构的内侧进行存放。
