The invention discloses an emergency stop control system for a mining diesel monorail crane. The emergency stop control system comprises a diesel monorail crane, an emergency stop button installed onthe crane, an emergency stop signal acquisition and processing module and an emergency stop execution module. The system has the advantages that the system can adapt to underground changeable severe environments, and impact of sudden stop on the locomotive and impact on rails can be reduced according to the characteristics of the diesel monorail crane and priority level hierarchical control.

    本发明公开了一种矿用柴油机单轨吊机车急停控制系统,包括柴油机单轨吊机车和安装在机车上的急停按钮、急停信号采集和处理模块、急停执行模块。本发明的有益效果是:可以适应井下多变的恶劣环境,并能根据柴油机单轨吊机车自身特点,根据优先级别分级控制,降低急停对机车的冲击,降低对轨道的冲击。
