The invention belongs to the technical field of high-speed rail contact network construction. The invention provides a high-speed rail overhead line system construction technology based on a novel transportation hoisting machine. The high-speed rail overhead line system construction technology mainly comprises four steps of material equipment transportation, steel column assembly, cable laying andmaterial installation; and the material equipment transportation, the steel column assembly, the cable laying and the material installation are all carried out on a ballastless track bed of a high-speed rail through the novel transportation hoisting machine; and wheels of the novel transportation hoisting machine are solid rubber wheels. The wheel distance is 2800mm. According to the invention, material equipment transportation, steel column assembly, cable laying, material installation and the like are carried out on the ballastless track bed of the high-speed rail by adopting the novel transportation hoisting machine; the restriction that rail-mounted vehicle operation adopted for transportation and hoisting of professional materials of the high-speed rail contact net depends on laid and formed steel rails in the prior art is eliminated, time resources occupied by the steel rails do not need to be competed with units in front of the station, the situation that the steel rails fightagainst the working face of the units in front of the station is avoided, productivity is thoroughly liberated, the construction progress is guaranteed, and construction period requirements are met.

    本发明属于高铁接触网施工技术领域,提供一种基于新型运输吊装机的高铁接触网施工技术,主要包括材料设备运输、钢柱组立、线缆展放、材料安装四个步骤,所述材料设备运输、钢柱组立、线缆展放及材料安装均通过新型运输吊装机在高铁无砟轨道道床上进行;所述新型运输吊装机的车轮为实心橡胶轮,轮距为2800mm,本发明中采用新型运输吊装机在高铁无砟轨道道床上进行材料设备运输、钢柱组立、线缆展放及材料安装等工作,摆脱了以往高铁接触网专业材料运输和吊装采用轨行车辆作业依赖已铺设成型的钢轨的制约,不需要再与站前单位争夺钢轨占用时间资源,不存在与站前单位作业面“打架”的状况,彻底解放了生产力,有利于保证施工进度,满足工期要求。
