The invention relates to a reinforcing structure of a rear spring support. The reinforcing structure comprises a spiral spring, a spiral spring shock insulation pad, a spiral spring supporting seat and a vehicle body reinforcing beam. The spiral spring is connected into the spiral spring shock insulation pad, and the spiral spring shock insulation pad is connected to the vehicle body reinforcing beam. The reinforcing structure also includes supporting seat reinforcing structures arranged on the two sides of the vehicle body reinforcing beam and a reinforcing cover connected into the vehicle body reinforcing beam, the top ends of the supporting seat reinforcing structures are connected with the spiral spring supporting seat, and the reinforcing cover is connected to the side wall of the vehicle body reinforcing beam. According to the invention, a reinforcing plate in the prior art is abandoned; the bending stress on the vehicle body reinforcing beam is converted into the pressure stress through the arranged supporting seat reinforcing structure and the reinforcing ribs, the stress on the top plate of the vehicle body reinforcing beam is further transferred to the stress on the opposite side plates through the reinforcing cover, and the triple effect of the prestress on the reinforcing cover through the prestress piece to counteract the stress from the spiral spring is further achieved. And a remarkable anti-seismic effect is achieved.

    一种后弹簧支座的加强结构,包括螺旋弹簧、螺旋弹簧隔震垫、螺旋弹簧支撑座、车身加强梁,螺旋弹簧连接设置于螺旋弹簧隔震垫内,螺旋弹簧隔震垫连接设置于车身加强梁上;还包括设置于车身加强梁两侧的支撑座加强结构和连接设于车身加强梁内的加强罩,所述支撑座加强结构顶端连接螺旋弹簧支撑座,加强罩连接至车身加强梁的侧壁。本发明摈弃了现有技术的加强板,通过设置的支撑座加强结构和加强筋将对车身加强梁的弯应力转为压应力、以及通过加强罩进一步将对车身加强梁顶板的应力转移至对侧板的应力、还有通过预应力件对加强罩存在的预应力以抵消来自螺旋弹簧的应力的三重作用,达到的显著的抗震效果。
