The invention discloses a tire pressure monitoring system and method for automatic calibration of a tire pressure sensor. The tire pressure monitoring system comprises the tire pressure sensor, a tirepressure controller, a vehicle body controller, a sensor position calibration controller and a warning device. According to the tire pressure monitoring system, after a vehicle runs for 5 minutes, the position information of 10 tire pressure sensors can be automatically matched; after the tire is transposed, the sensor does not need to be matched manually, and the position is automatically identified again as long as the vehicle speed reaches more than 30km/h and the vehicle runs for 5 minutes. According to the invention, the problem of instrument display errors caused by position matching errors during sensor matching can be effectively prevented, and the operation efficiency of a production line can be improved.
本发明公开一种用于胎压传感器自动标定的胎压监测系统及方法,包括胎压传感器、胎压控制器、车身控制器、传感器位置标定控制器和警示装置。本发明的胎压监测系统,在车子行驶5分钟后,能够自动匹配10个胎压传感器的位置信息;当轮胎换位以后,无需手动匹配传感器,只要车速达到30km/h以上,行驶5分钟后,自动重新识别位置。本发明能有效防止传感器匹配时,因位置匹配错误,从而导致仪表显示错误的问题,且能提升产线的作业效率。
