The invention discloses a support device of a rotary lifting lug for explosion valve overhaul. The support device is characterized by comprising a support main body; and the support main body is formed in a way that two support structures are fixedly connected, a main lifting lug is arranged below the support main body, a thrust bearing is arranged on one side of the support main body, the thrustbearing is connected with a rotary beam, and a secondary lifting lug is arranged below the rotary beam. The special support of the rotary lifting lug for explosion valve overhaul comprises the main lifting lug which is used for lifting an explosion valve with large bearing capacity and the secondary lifting lug which is convenient to use and is used for lifting an explosion unit of the explosion valve, the special support device is used for overhaul during power station operation and maintenance, the defects of inconvenience in operation, long time, low safety, poor economy, high irradiation dose and the like of a traditional lifting mode are eliminated, and the safety and economy of a nuclear power station are increased.

    本发明公开了一种爆破阀检修用旋转吊耳的支撑装置,其特征在于,包括支撑主体,支撑主体由两个支撑结构固定连接组成,支撑主体的下方设有主吊耳,支撑主体的侧部设有推力轴承,推力轴承与旋转梁连接,旋转梁的下方设有副吊耳。本发明所设计的一种爆破阀检修用旋转吊耳专用支撑,包含一个承载大的用于吊运爆破阀的主吊耳和一个使用方便的用于吊运爆破阀爆破单元的副吊耳,方便电站运维期间的检修使用,消除了传统吊运方式操作不便、时间长、安全性低、经济性差和辐照剂量高等弊端,提高了核电站的安全性和经济性。
