The invention discloses an elevator safety protection system for elevator car staying position detection and a detection method thereof. The elevator safety protection system comprises an elevator carand an elevator landing door; the elevator car sill is opposite to the elevator landing door sill; a power module, a single chip microcomputer, an alarm circuit and a buzzer are orderly connected with each other; an elevator weight-measuring device is connected with the single chip microcomputer through an interface circuit; a photoelectric sensor is located on the symmetrical two sides of the elevator car sill and the bottom end is at the same level as the bottom end of the elevator car sill; the distance between the outermost edge of the elevator car sill and elevator landing door sill close to the car side edge is within a safe valve range; a light source opposite to the photoelectric sensor is installed on the inner side of the elevator shaft wall on each floor; the photoelectric sensor is connected with the single chip microcomputer through the interface circuit; and the single chip microcomputer is connected with an elevator control system management computer through a wired communication cable RS485. The system of the invention has the characteristics of being reliable, simple and safe. The detection method of the invention has the characteristics of being accurate, fast and practical.

    本发明公开了一种电梯轿厢停留位置检测的电梯安全防护系统及其检测方法,上述电梯安全防护系统包括电梯轿厢,电梯层门,电梯轿厢地坎与电梯层门地坎对向设置,电源模块、单片机、报警电路、蜂鸣器依次连接,电梯测重装置通过接口电路与单片机相连,光电传感器位于电梯轿厢地坎外对称两侧且底端与电梯轿厢地坎底端处于同一水平面,电梯轿厢地坎最外侧边缘与电梯层门地坎靠近轿厢侧边缘距离在安全值范围内,各楼层电梯井道壁内侧均设置与光电传感器相对的光源,光电传感器通过接口电路与单片机相连,单片机通过有线通讯电缆RS485与电梯控制系统管理电脑连接,本发明的系统具有可靠、简便、安全的特点。本发明的检测方法具有准确、快速、实用的特点。
