The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle with an anti-theft function. The unmanned aerial vehicle specifically comprises a main body, a carrying clamping plate, a protruding part, a vibration sensor and a spring buffer column. The protruding part is mounted in the middle of the top of the main body; an LED lamp is installed in the middle of the top of the protruding part; two ends of theprotruding part are provided with flexible solar cell panels; a functional bin is formed in the middle position of the protruding part; mounting grooves are formed in four corners of the bottom of the main body; and telescopic arms are mounted at four corners of the top of the main body. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle with the anti-theft function, by arranging the vibration sensor, whenthe unmanned aerial vehicle vibrates abnormally, the single-chip microcomputer collects data of the vibration sensor, processes and judges the data, sends abnormal vibration information to the terminal equipment through a wireless signal receiving and transmitting module and makes a buzzer alarm give an alarm at the same time.
