A double-station battery replacement control method for sharing intelligent quick replacement of multi-vehicle-type electric passenger cars comprises the steps that after two electric passenger cars are driven into a double-station battery replacement station, a control center obtains car type parameter information; meanwhile, an intelligent dispatching system takes out a fully-charged battery from a battery storage rack according to the information and conveys the fully-charged battery to a battery pre-storage rack for placement; a lifting mechanism lifts the fully-charged battery to a presetheight; the intelligent battery replacement positioning platform performs car positioning on the electric passenger car on the intelligent battery replacement positioning platform according to the information, and after the electric passenger car completes car positioning on the intelligent battery replacement positioning platform, an intelligent battery replacement robot unloads a power-lack battery of a chassis of the electric passenger car and places the power-lack battery on the battery pre-storage frame, and then a battery scheduling system takes away the power-lack battery; and after the lifting mechanism places the fully-charged battery on the battery pre-storage rack, the battery replacement robot takes away the fully-charged battery on the battery pre-storage rack and installs the fully-charged battery on the electric passenger car. The battery replacement control method can be suitable for simultaneous battery replacement of two small electric passenger cars of different cartypes.

    一种多车型电动小客车共享智能快换的双工位换电控制方法,包括2辆电动小客车驶入双工位换电站后,控制中心获取车型参数信息;同时智能调度系统根据信息从电池储存架将满电电池取出并输送到电池预存架上放置;升降机构将满电电池提升到预设高度;智能换电定位平台根据信息,将电动小客车在智能换电定位平台进行车辆定位,电动小客车在智能换电定位平台完成车辆定位后,智能换电机器人卸下电动小客车底盘的亏电电池并放置到电池预存架上后,电池调度系统将亏电电池取走;升降机构将满电电池放置到电池预存架上后,换电机器人取走电池预存架上的满电电池,并将满电电池安装在电动小客车上。本发明可以适用于2辆不同车型的电动小客车同时换电。
