The invention belongs to the field of electric automobiles and discloses an electric automobile power battery lock mechanism. The mechanism comprises a lock hook and a base movably connected with a lock catch, a groove is formed in the bottom of the tail end of the lock hook, a guide column is vertically and fixedly connected into the groove, a reset spring is wound around the periphery of the guide column, a first connecting groove is vertically formed in the upper end of the base, an L-shaped opening is formed in the bottom of the base, and the top of the opening is connected with the left side of the first connecting groove; a clamping groove is formed in the bottom of the front end of the latch hook; and a protruding part, located between the clamping groove and the groove, of the lockhook is inserted into the first connecting groove, the protruding part of the lock hook is movably connected with the base through a pin shaft, and a damping block and a battery supporting shaft aresequentially installed at a left side end in the opening. The lock mechanism has the advantages that the split type lock mechanism is simple and flexible, an occupied space is small, the lock mechanism can be matched with more vehicle types, the damping block is arranged, and an abnormal sound in a movement process is avoided.

    本发明属于电动汽车领域,具体公开了一种电动汽车动力电池锁机构,包括锁钩以及与锁扣活动连接的底座,锁钩末端的底部设置凹槽,凹槽内部竖直固定连接有导向柱,导向柱外围缠绕有复位弹簧,底座上端竖直设置有第一连接槽,底座底部设置有开口,开口为L形状,开口顶部与第一连接槽的左侧相连通;锁钩前端的底部设置有卡槽,位于卡槽与凹槽之间的锁钩的凸起部分插入第一连接槽中,锁钩的凸起部分通过销轴与底座活动连接,开口内部的左侧端依次安装有减震块和电池托轴,本发明分体式锁机构简单灵活,占用空间小,可以匹配更多的车型,本装置设有减震块,避免运动中产生异响。
