The invention relates to a water traffic risk assessment method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: using a focusing superposition means foracquiring a plurality of risk coefficients in the target water area, wherein the plurality of risk coefficients comprise a ship density risk coefficient based on the ship field, a traffic conflict risk coefficient based on the ship field, a vector kinetic energy risk coefficient and a special cargo carrying risk coefficient; according to the historical accident analysis data of the target water area, performing parameter calibration on the calculation model of each risk coefficient in the target water area to obtain a corresponding risk coefficient; determining a weight parameter of each riskcoefficient in an accumulative superposition model, wherein the accumulative superposition model is used for calculating a traffic risk value in the target water area; and finally, determining the traffic risk level in the target water area according to the traffic risk value in the target water area. By adopting the method, the accuracy of water traffic risk assessment can be improved.

    本申请涉及一种水上交通风险评估方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。所述方法包括:利用“聚焦叠加”手段,获取目标水域内的多个风险系数,所述多个风险系数包括基于船舶领域的船舶密度风险系数、基于船舶领域的交通冲突风险系数、矢量动能风险系数和特殊载货风险系数,然后根据所述目标水域的历史事故分析数据,对所述目标水域内的每个所述风险系数的计算模型进行参数率定,得到相应的风险系数;接着确定每个所述风险系数在累计叠加模型中的权重参数,所述累计叠加模型用于计算所述目标水域内的交通风险值;最后根据所述目标水域内的交通风险值确定所述目标水域内的交通风险等级。采用本方法能够提高对水上交通风险评估的准确度。
