The invention discloses a forward-bent and backward-warped wing chord blade, and belongs to the field of mechanical design fluid mechanics. The forward-bent and backward-warped wing chord blade is specifically designed as follows, firstly, a world advanced conventional propeller is selected as a basis; and airfoil positions with the radiuses R of 0.2 R, 0.25 R and 0.3 R to 1.0 R are drawn correspondingly. And then the range of forward bending and backward warping is optimized, and the wing chord from the wing section with the front edge smaller than 0.5 R to the wing root is selected to be bent forward and the wing chord from the wing section with the rear edge smaller than 0.7 R to the wing root is selected to be warped backward. Meanwhile, forward bending and backward warping parametersof the relevant wing chord are optimized; the forward bending and backward warping parameters includes forward bending/backward warping wing chord length, forward bending/backward warping angle and forward bending/backward warping curvature radius; a forward bending/backward warping data change table of each parameter along with wing chords of wing sections with different radius is made; a relevant airfoil chord research and development drawing is drawn according to the data table; the airfoils are subjected to smoothing treatment; a model efficacy parameter test is carried out; and finally, full-size performance actual measurement is carried out. According to the forward-bent and backward-warped wing chord blade, the thrust of a ship propeller, the tension of a drone propeller and the lift force of a wing of a low-speed aircraft (M is less than 0.5) can be increased, and the rotating power of a wind wheel of a wind driven generator is larger than 5%.

    本发明公开了一种前弯后翘翼弦叶片,属于机械设计流体力学领域,具体设计如下:首先选取世界先进的常规螺旋桨作为基础;分别画出半径R在0.2R、0.25R、0.3R到1.0R的翼型位置。然后优化前弯和后翘的范围,选择前缘小于0.5R的翼型至翼根的翼弦前弯,后缘小于0.7R的翼型至翼根的翼弦后翘。同时,优化相关翼弦前弯后翘参数:包括前弯/后翘翼弦长度;前弯/后翘角度;前弯/后翘的曲率半径;做出各参数随不同半径翼型翼弦的前弯/后翘数据变化表;按数据表绘制相关翼型翼弦研发图;对各翼型进行圆滑处理;进行模型功效参数测试;最后进行全尺寸性能实测。本发明能增加船舶螺旋桨的推力、无人机螺旋桨的拉力、低速飞机(M<0.5)机翼的升力、风力发电机风轮转动功率>5%。
