The invention discloses an arc-shaped rail trolley assembly which comprises a rail trolley, a trolley transporting rail, a shear type hoisting assembly, an electric eye, a battery assembly and a mounting backboard, wherein the rail trolley is mounted on the trolley transporting rail in a rolling manner, the mounting backboard is mounted and fixed to the side surface of the rail trolley, a drivingsteering box is fixedly mounted on a side surface of the mounting backboard, a hoisting and lifting driving motor is fixedly mounted on the side surface of the driving steering box, a driving lead screw is mounted at the bottom of the driving steering box in a driving manner, a lifting thread bushing is spirally arranged at the bottom of the driving lead screw in a sleeving manner, and a shear type rack main body is further fixedly mounted on the mounting backboard through a shear type bracket fixing part. The arc-shaped rail trolley assembly has the beneficial effects that the arc-shaped railtrolley assembly is not limited to move in the form of the rail, and is hoisted as being driven by the shear type bracket, the hoisting height can be determined according to the lifting height of thebracket, and the arc-shaped rail trolley assembly is flexible to use.

    本发明公开了一种弧型轨道小车组件,包括轨道小车、小车输送轨道、剪式吊装组件、电眼、电池组件和安装背板,所述小车输送轨道上滚动安装有所述轨道小车,所述轨道小车的侧面安装固定有所述安装背板,所述安装背板的一侧面上固定安装有驱动转向盒,所述驱动转向盒的侧面固定安装有吊装升降驱动电机,所述驱动转向盒的底部驱动安装有驱动丝杠,所述驱动丝杠的底部旋接套设有升降螺纹套,所述安装背板还通过剪式支架固定件固定安装有剪式架主体。有益效果在于:本发明所述的弧型轨道小车组件不限于轨道的形状进行移动,通过剪式支架的驱动进行吊装,根据支架的升降高度可以决定吊装高度,使用灵活。
