The invention discloses a displacement monitoring system and method for mine hoisting equipment. The displacement monitoring system comprises an industrial computer, wherein an output end of the industrial computer is connected with an input end of a mine hoist, a hoisting container and a hoisting rope are correspondingly arranged on the mine hoist, and a vibration sensor and a horizontal sensor are correspondingly arranged at the top of the hoisting container. According to the displacement monitoring system, the vibration sensor, the horizontal sensor and a displacement sensor are arranged onthe hoisting rope and the hoisting container, when the hoisting rope and the hoisting container shake, vibrate or move, signals can be sent to the industrial computer, the industrial computer is utilized to remind the staff, since a 3D camera is arranged on the hoisting container, the 3D camera can be used for 3D imaging of the mine interior, and in the process of 3D imaging, the distance information in the mine can be detected by the 3D camera.
本发明公开了一种矿井提升设备的位移监测系统及方法,包括工业计算机,所述工业计算机的输出端与矿井提升机的输入端连接,所述框架提升机上分别设置有提升容器和提升绳,所述提升容器顶部分别设置有振动传感器和水平传感器。本发明通过将振动传感器、水平传感器和位移传感器设置在提升绳和提升容器上,当提升绳和提升容器发生晃动、振动或者位移时,都会发出信号给工业计算机,利用工业计算机提醒工作人员,由于在提升容器上设置3D摄像头,不仅可以利用3D摄像头对矿井内部进行3D成像,而且在3D成像的过程中,能够利用3D摄像头检测出矿井内的距离信息。
