The axis of the open groove is perpendicular to the axis of the horizontal through hole, a positioning piece is installed in the open groove, the positioning piece is connected with the open groove through an elastic pre-tightening piece, a positioning pit is formed in the other one of the pushing shaft and the mounting base, the positioning end of the positioning piece is matched with the positioning pit, and the pushing shaft pushes the thrust rod to move to unlock the wheel. Gauge changing is simple, and the track gauge changing reliability is high.
