Only one driving motor is needed and integrated in the transmission, and an axial size of an original transmission is not increased. According to the system, the three-in-one controller is adopted, an integration degree is high, the structure is more compact, and arrangement is easy; the two clutches both have a sliding wear function, and the driving motor is controlled to rotate at a certain idle speed during starting so that stable starting of the vehicle can be guaranteed, and the engine can be started when necessary; the engine is started during running, thepower of the vehicle does not need to be interrupted, the impact on a power system is small, and a 12V starter does not need to be additionally arranged; and all functions of the hybrid power system can be achieved, the 12V starter does not need to be arranged, and system cost is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种乘用车混合动力系统,包括:发动机、C0离合器、驱动电机、三合一控制器、C1离合器、车载充电机、动力电池系统、变速器;本发明只需一个驱动电机,且集成在变速器内部,不增加原有变速器的轴向尺寸;本发明系统采用三合一控制器,集成化程度高、结构更加紧凑、易于布置;本发明两个离合器都具有滑磨功能,起步时先控制驱动电机在一定的转速怠速转动,这样既可以保证车辆平稳起步,又可以保证在必要时同时能起动发动机;在行驶中起动发动机,车辆动力无需中断,对动力系统的冲击也很小,更不需要加装12V起动机;本发明可以实现混合动力系统的全部功能,无需配置12V起动机,有效降低了系统成本。
