A speed measuring radar body is installed at the upper end of a fixing plate of a speed measuring device through a support and a fixing pin, a center control box is arranged at the edge of the bottom of the fixing plate at the camera shooting speed measuring end of the speed measuring radar body, and a telescopic rod mechanism is mounted to support the center control box. An electromagnet, a lead storage battery and a microcomputer self-control switch form a complete and smooth series circuit through wires. The microcomputer self-control switch controls the on-off of the circuit so as to control the existence of the magnetic force of the electromagnet. The electromagnet is magnetically matched with a connecting spring, a metal sliding block, a connecting rod, a connecting piece and a metal balancing weight at the bottom of the non-camera-shooting speed measuring end of the speed measuring radar body, so that a camera shooting speed measuring lens of thespeed measuring radar body is controlled to move up and down to adjust the shooting height, and a running vehicle can be conveniently and accurately tracked and snapshot by the camera shooting speedmeasuring lens.
