The invention discloses a deep-sea mining conveying system. The system comprises a conveying pump, a mine raising soft pipe, a deep sea centrifugal pump, a mine raising hard pipe and a hanging assembly. The conveying pump is mounted on a sea bed mining vehicle, one end of the mine raising soft pipe is connected with an output opening of the conveying pump, an input port of the deep sea centrifugalpump is connected with the other end of the mine raising soft pipe, one end of the mine raising hard pipe is connected to an output port of the deep sea centrifugal pump, the hanging assembly is located on a mining ship and is arranged to be close to the output end of the mine raising hard pipe, the hanging assembly is used for reducing the stress, generated by the ship body transverse shaking, longitudinal shaking and rising and sinking motion, of the mine raising hard pipe, and compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages that the whole hydraulic pipeline type ore lifting system is simple in structure, the soft pipe and the hard pipe form a whole pipeline conveying system, parameters are unified, the motion can be coordinated and consistent, meanwhile, layout and recyclingtime can be reduced, and conveying efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种深海采矿输送系统,包括:输送泵,所述输送泵设置在海底采矿车上;扬矿软管,所述扬矿软管一端连接所述输送泵的输出口;深海离心泵,所述深海离心泵的输入口连接所述扬矿软管的另一端;扬矿硬管,所述扬矿硬管一端连接在所述深海离心泵的输出口上;以及悬挂组件,所述悬挂组件位于所述采矿船上并设置在靠近所述扬矿硬管的出口端,所述悬挂组件用于减小所述扬矿硬管由船体横摇、纵摇以及升沉运动所产生的受力。与现有技术相比,使整个水力管道式矿石提升系统结构简单,软管和硬管形成一个整体的管道输送系统,参数统一,运动能协调一致,同时也减少布放回收的时间,提高了输送效率。
