The invention discloses an E-shaped lifting platform with an anti-self-falling mechanism. The E-shaped lifting platform comprises a lifting platform top plate, an anti-self-falling mechanism, an anti-self-falling mechanism control device, a lifting platform bottom plate and a shear fork structure, wherein the lifting platform top plate and the lifting platform bottom plate are connected through the shear fork structure; anti-self-falling matching clamping grooves are formed in the same side of the lifting platform top plate and the same side of the lifting platform bottom plate; the anti-self-falling mechanism is mounted inside the anti-self-falling matching clamping groove; and the anti-self-falling mechanism control device is fixedly connected between the upper anti-self-falling mechanism and the lower anti-self-falling mechanism. After the lifting platform is unfolded, a positioning clamping column on the anti-self-falling mechanism can be naturally clamped between clamping teeth, meanwhile a distracting spring on the anti-self-falling mechanism can extrude the positioning clamping column, so that the positioning clamping column is prevented from being separated from the clamping teeth, and the situation that the lifting platform top plate falls off can be effectively prevented.
