The present invention discloses a safe elevation leveling system for elevators, which enables an elevation level of a cage to be automatically adjusted without the need for cage level adjustment simply by being installed in a cage and at each hall sill on every floor. The safe elevation leveling system for elevators comprises: a sensor operation module installed at a lower frame of a hall sill provided on each floor of a building; an elevation level sensor module installed at a lower frame of a cage, wherein the elevation level sensor module is operated by the sensor operation module to sequentially generate first and second elevation leveling completion signals when the elevation level sensor module approaches each hall sill on each floor as moving up and down along a hoistway, and facesthe sensor operation module installed at the lower frame of each hall sill at a predetermined distance apart from the hall sill; and a controller determining that elevation leveling of the cage is completed so that the bottom of the cage and the bottom of the hall sill at which the cage is to stop are leveled if the first and second elevation leveling completion signals that are sequentially generated by the elevation level sensor module are all received, and then stopping the elevated cage.
