The invention provides a modular flexible track load adjusting device for a ship inclining test, and belongs to the technical field of shipbuilding. The device comprises a rubber track a and a rubbertrack b which are oppositely arranged, wherein a plurality of pairs of fixed sliding seats which are symmetrically arranged are fixed on the inner side walls of the rubber track a and the rubber trackb, and an adjusting connecting rod is movably connected between each pair of fixed sliding seats through a connecting bolt; a glass fiber reinforced plastic base is placed above the rubber track a and the rubber track b, universal wheels are installed at the four corners of the bottom of the glass fiber reinforced plastic base through fixing studs, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic base moves on the rubber track a and the rubber track b through the universal wheels; and weights are horizontally stacked above the glass fiber reinforced plastic base. The problems that the weights are movedand placed in a non-standard mode in a hand-held mode by workers in the ship inclining test, the accuracy of test reading is affected, time and labor are wasted, and accumulated consumed labor cost is high are mainly solved.
本发明提供一种船用倾斜试验模块化柔性轨道调载装置,属于船舶制造技术领域,包括相对设置的橡胶轨道a和橡胶轨道b,在所述橡胶轨道a和橡胶轨道b的内侧壁上固定有对称设置的多对固定滑座,在每对所述固定滑座之间通过连接螺栓活性连接有调节连杆;在所述橡胶轨道a和橡胶轨道b的上方放置玻璃钢基座,在所述玻璃钢基座底部四个角的位置通过固定螺柱安装有万向轮,所述玻璃钢基座通过所述万向轮在所述橡胶轨道a和橡胶轨道b上移动;在所述玻璃钢基座的上方平放叠加有压铁。本发明主要解决在船舶倾斜试验中由于压铁都是通过工作人员手提的方式转移位置摆放不规范影响试验读数的准确性并且费时费力,累积消耗的人工成本比较高的问题。
