The device comprises a frame, wherein four fastening mechanisms are arranged on the inner side of the frame in a front-and-back symmetry mode. When a worker forgets to fasten the fastening mechanisms, directional wheel cannot rotate at this time, then the worker finds the reason and realizes that the round rod is not fastened, and after a limiting buckle is connected with a first limiting sliding block in a clamped mode, the fastening mechanism is in a fastened state, so that the round rod can be effectively fastened, the pole plates on the transportation device cannot fall off, and the stability of the transportation device during pole plate transportation is improved.

    本发明提供一种基于工业生产的物料快速运输装置,属于物料运输装置技术领域,以解决现有运输装置上虽然设有限位块,但是在运输过程中,很容易使圆杆与运输装置上限位块之间发生错位,进而就会使运输装置上极板发生掉落,从而降低了运输装置运输极板时的稳定性的问题,包括:车架,所述车架内侧呈前后对称状设有四个紧固机构。当工作人员忘记将紧固机构进行紧固时,定向轮此时不能转动,然后工作人员查找原因,便会意识到此时圆杆还未得到紧固作用,当限位卡扣与第一限位滑块卡接后,紧固机构得到紧固状态用,从而使圆杆能够得到有效的紧固作用,进而不会使本运输装置上极板发生掉落,从而提高了本运输装置运输极板时的稳定性。
