The invention discloses a motor controller control method special for a range extender. The method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a rotating coordinate system based on a motor rotor of the range extender; S2, obtaining reference currents of a d axis and a q axis in the rotating coordinate system in the step S1 by displaying a lookup table; S3, enabling the q-axis reference currentto be subjected to amplitude limiting, q-axis current superposition correction, a quadrature-axis current controller and feedback processing in sequence, and then outputting a quadrature-axis voltage; enabling the d-axis reference current to be subjected to amplitude limiting, d-axis current superposition correction, quadrature-axis current controller and feedback processing in sequence, and thenoutputting a direct-axis voltage. Through the combination of a multidimensional table look-up technology (LUT) and a voltage feedback adjustment method, the function of deep flux weakening control ofthe motor is realized.

    本发明公开了一种增程器专用的电机控制器控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、建立基于增程器电机转子的旋转坐标系;S2、通过显示查找表得到S1中旋转坐标系中的d轴与q轴的参考电流;S3、q轴的参考电流依次通过限幅、q轴电流叠加修正、交轴电流控制器及反馈处理之后输出交轴电压;d轴的参考电流依次通过限幅、d轴电流叠加修正、交轴电流控制器及反馈处理之后输出直轴电压。通过多维表格的查表技术(LUT)和通过电压反馈调节这两种方法的综合,实现了电机的深度弱磁控制的功能。
