The invention relates to an electric hoist dissipating heat conveniently. The electric hoist comprises an electronic carrier, an electric hoist body, a control box, and a water cooling device, whereinthe inside of the control box is provided with electric elements. The water cooling device comprises a water storage tank, a first water pump, and two water cooling pipes extended from the water storage tank. Cooling water is stored inside the water storage tank. The two water cooling pipes are respectively connected with two ends of the first pump. Part of the water cooling pipes is mounted inside the control box, and part of the water cooling pipes is mounted outside the control box. The control box is provided with a plurality of through holes for water supply cooling pipes. Each of the through holes is provided with a sealing ring. The electronic carrier is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the first water pump. When the electric hoist body works, the electric elements inside the control box work and generate heat, and the driving mechanism drives the first pump to operate, so that the cooling water inside the water cooling pipes is driven to circulate inside the watercooling pipes. The flowing cooling water can continuously dissipate the heat of the control box and control the heating rate inside the control box.
