The invention discloses an intelligent crane based on an augmented reality measurement technology. The intelligent crane comprises a movable main beam, two rails and two movable bases, wherein two stand columns are arranged on the movable bases, the two end parts of the movable main beam are inserted into spaces between the two stand columns, and gaps are reserved on the end faces; a plurality ofside supporting plates are arranged on the outer side surface of each group of stand columns from top to bottom, the movable main beam is provided with an anti-falling rod, the two ends of the anti-falling rod are fixed at the end part of the movable main beam, and a gap exists between the middle part of the anti-falling rod and the movable main beam; the side supporting plates are internally provided with a spring bin, the spring bin is connected with a spring barrel placing opening, the spring barrel placing opening is connected with two notches arranged up and down, the two notches are provided with a lower anti-falling plate and an upper anti-falling plate in a sliding mode correspondingly, and the ends of the lower anti-falling plate and the upper anti-falling plate can protrude out of the notches so as to hinder the movement of the anti-falling rod. Self-protection measures are set, accidental faults of the crane are avoided, and equipment and workers on the wharf are protected.

    本发明公开了一种基于增强现实测量技术的智能起重机,包括一根移动主梁、两根轨道和两个移动底座,移动底座上设置有两根立柱,移动主梁的两端部分别插入两根立柱之间的空间内且端面留有间隙;每组立柱的外侧面从上至下设置有若干块侧支撑板,移动主梁设置有防坠落杆,防坠落杆两端固定于移动主梁的端部而中部和移动主梁存在间隙;侧支撑板内设置有弹簧仓,弹簧仓连接有弹簧筒放置口,弹簧筒放置口连接有两个上下布置的槽口,两个槽口分别滑动设置有下防坠板和上防坠板,下防坠板和上防坠板的端部可突出于槽口外从而对防坠落杆的移动产生阻碍作用。本发明配备了自我保护措施,避免起重机发生意外故障,及保护了器械也保护了码头上的工作人员。
