The embodiment of the invention discloses a composite material base for an aircraft. The composite material base comprises a shell and a first bearing plate located in the shell and arranged in the circumferential direction of the inner side wall of the shell. The first bearing plate comprises a plurality of protruding parts protruding outwards, and each protruding part comprises a first through hole penetrating through the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the protruding part. The base further comprises fixing pieces arranged corresponding to the first through holes, and each fixing piece comprises a first cylinder part used for being embedded into the first through hole and a hollow first crimping part located at one end of the first cylinder part. When the first cylinderpart is embedded into the first through hole, the top surface of a first crimping part abuts against the bottom surface of the protruding part. The base provided by the embodiment of the invention caneffectively overcome the problems of lightness, rigidity and strength insufficiency of the composite material base in the base design, improve the structural strength between composite material layers and prevent the composite material layers from layering.

    本发明实施例公开一种用于飞行器的复合材料基座,所述基座包括壳体以及位于壳体内沿壳体内侧壁的周向设置的第一承载板;所述第一承载板包括有若干个向外突出的突出部,所述突出部包括有贯穿其上下侧表面的第一通孔;所述基座还包括有与第一通孔对应配置的固定件,所述固定件包括有用于嵌入所述第一通孔内的第一筒体部以及位于所述第一筒体部的一端的中空的第一压接部;当所述第一筒体部嵌入到所述第一通孔内时,所述第一压接部的顶面与所述突出部的底面相抵接。该实施例提供的基座可有效克服复合材料基座在基座设计中轻度和刚度、强度不足的问题,提高复合材料层间的结构强度,防止复合材料层间分层。
