The invention discloses a three-rotor helicopter with unequal chord lengths. The rotating surfaces of the three rotors are horizontally arranged; the intervals are equal, the three rotors are arrangedin a longitudinal row; the rotating speeds of the three rotors are the same; the rotating directions of the first rotor and the third rotor are the same; the rotating directions of the first rotor and the second rotor are opposite; the chord length of the second rotor is twice that of the first rotor wing; when the total distances of the three rotors are the same, the reaction torques of the three rotors are basically counteracted with one another; the three rotors are arranged transversely; the rotating speeds of the three rotors are the same; the rotating directions of the left rotor and the right rotor are the same; the rotating directions of the left rotor and the central rotor are opposite; the chord length of the central rotor is twice that of the left rotor; when the total distances of the three rotors are the same, the reaction torques of the three rotors are basically offset, the first rotor and the third rotor are arranged in a longitudinal row to control pitching and rolling, the second rotor controls heading, the left rotor and the right rotor are arranged in a transverse row to control pitching and rolling, the center rotor controls heading, and an undercarriage is arranged below the fuselage and applied to rescue, transportation and the like.
