The invention discloses a semi-submersible offshore oil drilling platform which comprises a platform plate. First huge buoyancy tanks are arranged on the lower side of the platform plate and located on the periphery of the platform plate. In the present invention, a vertically-distributed guide column is fixedly connected to the bottom of the platform plate and located in the middle of the platform plate. The bottom of the guide column is connected with a second giant buoyancy tank, and the second giant buoyancy tank plays a role in underwater positioning; the guide column is rotationally andcircumferentially connected with a guide frame in a sliding manner; a buffer sleeve is arranged at the top of the guide frame; the buffer sleeve and the guide column are coaxially distributed; augerswhich are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are rotationally connected to the outer periphery of the buffer sleeve; the augers rotate to drive the buffer sleeve to rotate and moveunderwater, so that impact water flow can be transited, water flow impact force is reduced; and water in the rotary sleeve is in a relatively stable or regular motion state, and the water in the rotary sleeve can ensure the stability of the rotary sleeve and greatly reduce the swing amplitude through inertia force.
本发明公开了一种半潜式海洋石油钻井平台,包括平台板,所述平台板的下部且位于外周边设置有巨型浮箱一。本发明中,平台板的底部且位于中部固定连接有竖直分布的导向柱,导向柱底部连接巨型浮箱二,巨型浮箱二起到水下定位的作用,导向柱转动和周向滑动连接有导向架,导向架顶部设置有缓冲套,此缓冲套和导向柱同轴心分布,而且在缓冲套的外周边转动连接有周向均匀分布的绞龙,绞龙旋转可以带动缓冲套旋转并向水下运动,由此可以对冲击水流进行过渡并减少水流冲力,旋转套内的水体处于相对稳定或者规律运动状态,旋转套内的水体利用惯性力可以确保旋转套稳定和大大降低摆动幅度。
